Just a heads-up, the Ibanez Jem7EAFX – the fixed-bridge Jem that everyone liked the idea of but weren’t so thrilled about the big Vai/Earth decal behind the bridge – is being discontinued in 2010, according to the venerable Rich Harris of Ibanez Rules in a post on Jemsite. I have to admit the idea of a JEM with a fixed bridge always seemed a bit weird to me, a JEM isn't a JEM without a whammy! :)
